My Grandfathers Patents

My Grandfather, Kenneth J. Harwood was a research scientist and inventor for Kimberly-Clark. Much of his work was based on the development and improvement of the sanitary napkin. This often made it difficult to explain to me what he did for a living. His default answer was that he once invented the Kleenex Pocket Pack.

I have a number of his patents with the check for one dollar or an actual dollar bill stapled to  them. He never cashed or spent the "transfer" money.
